This self-developed high efficiency drum type shot blasting machine is of high automation,good cleaning effect.It can be operated either alone or in production line.With no relative moving parts for the workpieces in the rolling area,it can avoid many problems,such as,the workpieces getting blocked,frequent sudden malfunction like the chain link breakage or the gear reducer crack when the workpieces are blocked.
According to the customers,running cost of GT15 is only 1/5 of the traditional drum typeshot blasting machine and the total maintenance work is only 1/10.
There are no relative moving parts in the interior of the drum.All the workpieces with bigger sizes than the bottom sieve can be cleaned effectively.It eliminates workpieces getting blocked and trapped and avoids damages which often happens in the traditional type equipment.There is very few wear parts,it only need to replace the impeller blade regularly.
It is easy to composite the production line at the post-processing plant.In the process of initial shot blasting.grinding, and secondary shot blasting,dipping in oil and packaging,there is no need of forklift transport.
The feeding device uses import chain hoist which is of high degree of automation,safety and reliability.
