Intended Purpose：
The machine could be used to mix se-hardening sand for large cast rons and cast steel. This is a movable lifing mixer with simple operation and completefunctions.which could be adusted and selected according to diferent process characteristics of risen sand, The machine is composed of mixer, moving organism,sand hopper, electrical control system, air-control system and dust removal system.
Features:
The large arm of the mixer is controlled through mechanical rotation method and the small armis controlled manually.
Various liquid and material feeding functions have been preset to meet the different preparationrequirements for surface sand, back sand, new sand and regenerated sand.Opposite open mixing slot is used with stainless steel lining to facilitate cleaning and maintenanceHard alloy cutters are installed on the mixing blade, which have long service lives.initial and tail sand control device and odor and dust removal device are installed on the head ofthe machine.
Hydraulic or electric rod could be used to for lifting, and the lifting scope could be determined bythe client.
Upper 4-rod mechanism is used to ensure the horizontal position of the large arm during liftingand the compact structure.Frequency convention controller is used to control the trolley to realize the rapid and slowmovement of the trolley. The safety system could calculate and distribute balance weights, cleanrails and send sound and light alarms.
