Intended Purpose:
This series could be used for the cooling and film removal of the regenerated resin stand and iron-filmcovered sand, and are the ideal supporting equipment for the regeneration of resin sand and sodium silicate-bonded sand.

During the cooling and film removal, the equipment could be able to removemetal particles, and micro powder chips, which could be widely used in large- and middle-sized resin sand production line.This equipment is a continuous cooler. After entering into the bed, the loosenold sand will be boiled under the force of the high-pressure fan and moveforward along the cooling pipes arranged tightly from the inlet. With the powerfulair exhaust fan and cooling water, the old sand could be comprehensively cooleddown and the films could be removed thoroughly.
