Intended Purpose:
This series is mainly used to mix the surface sand and single sand for the casting plants as well as the core sand and self-hardenin sand for large-scaled casting plants.
Features:
High mixing efficiency, good quality and wild applications.
The surfacing and No. 2 filler could improve the service lives of quick-wear parts.
The hydraulic coupler, alloy steel gears and lubricant controller could ensure thestability and reliability of the transmission system, realize loaded start-up andprovide overload protection.
Two national patents are used with the technical parameters meeting.
JB/T2656-91, and advanced echnologies and reasonable structure are employed.
The rotary discharge door (national patent: 9824038.6) could be opened flexiblyand reliably.
For the models with plate diameter of more than 1,600mm, structural steel basesare provided to facilitate utilization and installation.
