I. the construction nature of the east-west extension project of haibin road is divided into two parts, one is the new construction project, the other is the maintenance project. Iii. In the proposed bridge, the main bridge and the existing river bank are designed as overpass, and the auxiliary bridge and the existing river bank are designed as flat intersection. 4. 5. As the proposed bridge construction may affect a third party, coordination shall be made with relevant departments before the commencement of the project.
6. Construction is prohibited during the flood season, and construction facilities in the river should be cleared before the flood season to ensure the smooth flow of flood, and construction garbage in the river should be cleared after the completion of the project to restore the original appearance of the river and ensure the safety of flood discharge.
Project construction and construction shall be carried out in strict accordance with the requirements of flood control evaluation report, and the approved scheme shall not be changed at will without approval.
Viii. The project shall be supervised by the water conservancy administrative department. The construction unit shall go through relevant procedures with the relevant department before commencement of construction, and the construction period and operation period shall be subject to the relevant provisions and management of the water conservancy administrative department.
