Chemical corrosion:
It is mainly due to the excessive temperature of flue gas, the high oxygen content of flue gas, the high concentration of SOx/NOx entering the cloth bag dust collector, and the combination of water and gas, resulting in the oxidation corrosion of the filter bag.
Mechanical damage and wear:
It is mainly caused by the uneven distribution of flue gas, the collision between the improper installation of the bag cage, the improper alignment of the spray pipe with the cloth bag, and the damage of the filter bag caused by the high velocity of flue gas.
